Terms and Conditions

1. Fees and Payment

By using our services, you agree to a 10% fee on the total amount for the services provided. This fee is non-refundable and will be charged at the time of booking.

2. Limitation of Liability

You agree to hold Amigos Dive Center harmless from any loss of funds, damages, or other liabilities that may arise in connection with booking students. Amigos Dive Center will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

3. Disclaimers

Amigos Dive Center makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of our services in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You assume all responsibility and risk for the use of our services.

4. Guarantee of Service: The photographer guarantees to deliver the agreed-upon services to the best of their ability and in a professional manner. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances that prevent the photographer from fulfilling their obligations, the client will be informed promptly, and reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the situation.

5. Photographer’s Right to Cancel: The photographer reserves the right to cancel the agreement at any time. In the event of such cancellation, all payments made by the client will be refunded in full, including the 10% non-refundable fee.

6. Right to Discontinue Use

Amigos Dive Center reserves the right to discontinue your use of our services at any time, for any reason, without notice.

7. Changes to Terms

Amigos Dive Center reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
